About This Coach

As an experienced business coach I have created ‘Sources of Success' based on my many years experience of working with teams and individuals in different fields.

As a coach to individuals and teams I help to make things happen, unleash potential and enable them to achieve exceptional results. Through my ‘Sources of Success' and ‘High Performance Thinking' processes my clients are able to achieve more than they expected.

I am also founding partner of a new venture, "Strength Based Business", specialists in helping businesses consciously build their strategies, goals and ways of working around their strengths.

I have extensive senior business experience both from working in the financial services sector in the UK and overseas, and from having run Blueprinting Excellence, specialists in modelling and creating high performing organisations. My background includes many years specialising in change management, people development and human resources.

I have worked extensively at the sharp end of business change, being involved in business start-ups, mergers and takeovers. I also have several years experience of consulting to the manufacturing, IT and not-for-profit sectors.

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and am an Investors in People UK Ambassador.
